The Power Up student account doesn't include an Exchange email license for privacy reasons, so you can't use ❌
Office 365 Outlook action in Power Automate for sending email.
However, you can use your personal ✅
Gmail or ✅
Outlook.com accounts.
The icons look the same for Office 365 Outlook and Outlook.com, so make sure to select "Send an email (V2)" from
Outlook.com and sign in with your Outlook.com account, e.g., john.doe@outlook.com.
If possible, creating a developer environment using your work account—it's free. Or ask your IT to create one for you.

Your student account will be disabled after the course ends, so you won’t have access to your apps or BI after that.
The Power Up final challenge only requires a video recording submission, so you can build the app anywhere you want.
