    Can you confirm how the sex column is setup in Dataverse? Is it setup as a Choice where Male=0 and Female=1?

    Thanks for clarifying that. When you import/transform the data, there should hopefully be a yourprefix_sexname column that returns the sex description.

    Can you try adding that?

    Hi @W.P

    I assume that you managed to sex description to display based on your other post.

    For the benefit of any one else who wants to displays the descriptions rather than numbers for Power BI 'multi-choice' columns, this post may help.

    In response to your question here,  here's the formula to add a column to display the sex description.

    This works on the basis of Male=1 and Female=2.

    If the choice ids/descriptions are setup differently for you (refer to the screenshots at the start of this post), you would adapt the formula as necessary.

    SexDesc = IF([Sex] = 1, "Male", "Female")

    Thanks so much,
    the formula worked, though initially there was an error, i needed to change the data type of sex from text to whole number for it work.
