Hello!
I'm looking to build a flow that will update many documents at once within a sharepoint site. I'm hoping to create one that will highlight specific text (it will be the same text across all the documents) in more than one document at a time. Can someone please help me with this concept?
This is the advice I've been given so far:
1. Create a new flow in Power Automate.
2. Choose the "Update a file" action.
3. Select the document you want to update.
4. In the "File content" field, select the "Dynamic content" button and choose the "Get file content" action.
5. In the "Search for" field, enter the text you want to highlight.
6. In the "Replace with" field, enter the highlighted version of the text (e.g. <mark>text</mark>).
7. Save and test the flow.
However, I will need this for many files, not just one. Is this possible?
