Hello Power Automate Community,

We wanted to inform you about an issue affecting users who sign in to Power Automate for desktop using their personal Microsoft account. This issue prevents affected users from viewing their flows in the console. Please note that this issue does not impact users who sign in with a work or school account.

Our team is actively working on a solution and we will provide updates as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we resolve this matter.

Update:

We have successfully resolved the issue, and a new version of Power Automate for desktop is now available in the Microsoft Store. This update addresses the problem and ensures that affected users can once again view their flows in the console. For those using the portal version of Power Automate for desktop, you can download the updated version using this link.

Best regards,
The Power Automate Team

Please do not declare "Mission Accomplished" for a problem that is still broken.

Hello. The flow is no longer displayed this week from January 12, 2025. I uninstalled PowerAutomate and downloaded it from the link, but the following is still not displayed. Is there anything else you can do?

    Hello,
Thank you very much to the Power Automate Team for your support in resolving this issue.
I would also like to thank those who provided detailed solutions.
For those who have yet to resolve the issue, I would like to share the method I used.

    1. Confirm the save location (path) of the flow data created by Power Automate, which is saved in OneDrive.
In my case, it was saved in "Apps/Graph".
    2. Uninstall the Power Automate Desktop app that is already installed.
    3. Download the app from the link provided by the Power Automate Team.
    4. Open the downloaded file and install it.
    5. Start the installed Power Automate Desktop app.
    6. Open the "My Flows" tab in the app.
    7. Create a new flow. Any simple one will do.
    8. Confirm that a new save location has been created in OneDrive.
In my case, it was saved in "Apps/Graph 1".
If "Graph 1" already exists, I think the new flow will also be saved in the same location.
    9. Copy all the data of the flows you have created to the new save location.
In my case, I copied all the data in the "Graph" folder to "Graph 1".
    10. Click "Update to the latest version" in the upper right corner of the app.
The flows whose data you just copied will be listed.
    11. Wait for a while. (About 2-3 minutes per flow?)
If you try to open the flow immediately, you may get an "object reference error", so wait until it can be loaded.
I had 5 flows, and after waiting about 10 minutes, I was able to open all of them.

    I hope this helps someone.

Thank you! However, my flows are still missing in PAD with Microsoft account. I have upgraded the console, re-install PAD from the link and MS store, upgraded to the latest version, log out and log in again, no avail.
