Getting the 'Not Found' error when doing the 'convert word-document to PDF' option

Hi everyone,

I use Power Automate in Dutch so I hope I am translating everything well.

I created a flow that, when someone fills in a microsoft form, the flow should send me an email with a PDF-document that has the form response in it. Sounds simple enough, and I found this video which I followed to the letter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDR3BsNi178

Yet I keep getting the error 'Not Found' when I test my flow. All my connections are in order, I believe. It creates the word document just fine, so it should be able to find it.

I really don't know where the issue lies. Does anyone have any ideas?

I attatched screenshots with the errors and how I filled it all in.

I am not sure what parameter you have passing for the file params try with the Unique Id parameter /Name.

Since its premium connector, I haven't used this connector in real time, If you already created the word document using one drive you can create the pdf as well

Could you please provide more details on create pdf from word action, Is it taking document using path or using name of the document?

Hi @PowerDeveloperTP and @MS.Ragavendar thank you for the tips!

I still cannot get it to work sadly.

I use Sharepoint, not OneDrive, I am wondering if that is the issue...? I am wondering if the permissions etc in my company's Sharepoint might be blocking something.

I tried adding a delay between the 'create file' and 'convert to pdf' steps (of 10 sec and 2 min) but that did not help.

The error says "The selected file doesn't exist, please select a valid file and drive."

It is taking the document from the name as you can see in the screenshot below. I also tried taking it from 'body/id' but that gives the same error.
