Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with the Google Sheets – Get Rows action in Power Automate.
Flow structure:
Manual trigger
Google Sheets – Get Rows
"host": { "apiId": "/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_googlesheet", "connection": "shared_googlesheet-1", "operationId": "GetItems" }
What happened:
First test returned 429 – Too many requests.
The action kept running indefinitely, so I cancelled it after ~2 minutes.
Current error:
InvokerConnectionOverrideFailed Could not find any valid connection for connection reference name 'shared_googlesheet-1' in APIM header.
What I already tried:
Reconnecting the Google Sheets connector
Deleting and recreating the connection
Creating the connection again using an anonymous browser session
Removing Power Platform access from my Google account (connections/security), clearing the integration cache, and then creating the connection again
I can access Google Drive normally, and the Google Drive connector works fine. Inside the Google Sheets action, I can browse my Drive, select the file, and choose the sheet — but the flow still fails at runtime.
Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to fix it?
Yes, that’s right. I tried a different retry policy, for example:
And it worked. Although it still times out occasionally, it works most of the time.
