Hello,

I am trying to replace an email address with the actual city name. For example,

I get emails from my three locations:

stl@email.com

I would like to change from the email address to:

St. Louis
Chicago
Detroit

So I can update a row on an excel spread sheet using location instead of the email address.

I was thinking about using a condition, but I was thinking I could use a contains and replace function. Let me know your thoughts!

Replace Email with Abbreviation

The easiest way to do this would be to use a Switch action just before the Add a row to set a variable that you can use with the location name based on the value of the email field.
