Hi,
We have installed Power Automate Desktop in physical device and Power Automate Agent for virtual desktops in Citrix master server.
After installation, the status of the agent is not connected and shows message as "Power Automate agent for virtual desktop is disconnected".
1. Both desktop & agent are in same version
2. No policies set explicitly in the server on Citrix Virtual channel policy
3. Not able to launch PAD.RDP.ControlAgent.exe from installation directory
Has anyone faced this issue? Please help
