what the hell is a flow?

and why did I just receive an email saying my flow failed 48 minutes ago? I have no clue what the hell that is cuz I didn't even try to do a flow cuz I have no clue what that is

The supposed flow in question has to do with Cortana - some sort of failure... I'm calling bull**bleep** on this because IDK WTF it's talking about

Still have no clue wtf a flow is how I got involved... and there's no option to upload an image and it says I don't have permission to do that.... wtf is going on?

Flow is nothing but Power Automate Workflows which helps you automate a lot of processes and connect to data sources within and outside of Microsoft.

About the email you received, can you post a screenshot of the same?
