    Hi there,

First off, this looks like a screenshot from Power Apps, not Power Automate?

Second, you'd want to use Office 365 Outlook, not Outlook.com, likely.

So when you go to make.powerautomate.com, you are unable to login? Or you are unable to create flows at all?

The "Test connection failed. Details: Name cannot be null or empty" error has been a commonly reported problem over the past 2 days.

It looks like all free non-business connectors (OneDrive / Outlook / Excel) have stopped working. Still waiting on a fix. I noticed that Google Sheets and Gmail have also stopped working.

I am having the same issue, I lost connection to both Outlook .com and Excel Online. I was able to resolve Outlook by clicking ... and selecting 'Switch Account' and then re-logging in but for excel online this does not work. I originally received a long error (attached) but now I am just getting the same error 'Name cannot be null or empty' when I try to create a connection and if I try to fix a connection, I am getting an error from Power Apps that states 'The caller does not have the minimum required permission to perform the requested operation under API 'shared_excelonline'.'

Hello, @Rhiassuring, have you seen any more on this, it's still an issue and Power Automate cannot connect to several applications, the one I am having issues with is Excel Online, see my post below with screenshots.

This might only be temporary but, my flows have started working again today.

Issue has been resolved for me. I can now build and run flows using OneDrive, Excel and Outlook 👍

Me too, I guess if you post on enough forums, submit enough tickets, and call the help desk enough they finally get to it 😉
