What kind of shared drive is it? Is the shared drive on-prem? What system?

Are you looking to build a Power Automate flow that connects a shared drive (usually SharePoint or a shared OneDrive folder) with the user’s personal OneDrive and automatically copies files between them?

    If yes,
    High-level solution:
Use a trigger (manual, scheduled, or “when a file is created”).
Use a Get files action from the shared drive (SharePoint or shared folder).
For SharePoint --> Get files (properties only) or Get file content (for a single file)
For OneDrive for Business --> List files in folder or Get file content
Use a Create file action in OneDrive for Business.
Map the file name and file content from the shared drive to OneDrive.
    Outcome:
Files from the shared drive are copied into the user’s OneDrive.
         No coding required.
Uses only standard Power Automate connectors.
         Suitable for beginners.

Recommended Best Practice (Very Important for Beginners)
If the files are coming from OneDrive and shared with you:
          Open OneDrive in the browser
          Go to Shared
          Add shortcut to My files
After that, Power Automate treats the folder like your own, and actions work smoothly.
