i have added multiple AD groups(which are dynamically built as variables) to the recipient field in the "Grant access to item or folder action" in Power Automate using a ; as a delimiter between groups. Only the first group is ever added permission. What is the proper format for adding multiple groups?
How does it support the use of a group name. The "suggestion" list only displays people names, but no groups.
Please do not answer to add the email, as none of the security groups have emails. If your answer is to use "claims", then please provide a detailed and exact example of how to do it.
Hi @bcobra42 ,
Take a try to add the delay action between the grant access permission actions.

With multiple grant permission actions it seems that too many requests are being sent to the item at once and some get skipped.
I have added 5 grant access actions to a flow. I could not use the copy and paste for the action because the recipient field is not available in the copied actions. I notice that the actions say they run successfully but sometimes no permission is granted for the grou p in the action. This happens randomly and is very hard to track since all actions say they ran successfully with status code 200
Hi @bcobra42 ,
Have made a test on my side and don't see anyone could grant multiple user permission with this action and I'm afraid that only one use or group is supported in this action currently.
Please considering add multiple Grant access to an item or a folder action to achieve the requirement.

Alice
