I am getting below error

When I use the Export To File for Power BI Reports.
 
I use pbix file
My License type: Premium Per User
Current workspace type
Power BI Premium Per-User (PPU)
 
Could anyone please help to resolve this

Do you have at-least one premium workspace access ?

Power Automate 'Export To File for Power BI Report' functionality is only available to Premium license holders (and requires at least one Premium workspace), not to users that are on the Premium Per User license .
