Convert file - files too big?

Hi everybody, 
 
am using a "Convert file" connector for ppts and docs to convert them to pdfs in a O365 library approval flow. Unfortunately the some files seem to big to convert. :( 
 
Does anyone know more about this issue and a potential solution?

    There are many limits in Power Automate, including a message size limit of 100MiB .  Do you have an idea which file size works and which doesn't?

    100 MB seems reasonable as limit. For example 67 MB files were converted successfully. ~250 MB files did not run through on the flow.
