Unable to open FTP connection. Please tell me how to deal with this problem.

Error details:

: Robin.Core.ActionException: Unable to connect to (ftpservername).
Location Robin.Modules.FTP.Actions.OpenFtpConnectionAction.Execute (ActionContext context)
Location Robin.Runtime.Engine.ActionRunner.RunAction (String action, Dictionary`2 inputArguments, Dictionary`2 outputArguments, IActionStatement statement)

I am getting a very similar error using PAD Open FTP connection:

Robin.Core.ActionException: Can't connect to (server IP).
at Robin.Modules.FTP.Actions.OpenFtpConnectionAction.Execute(ActionContext context)
at Robin.Runtime.Engine.ActionRunner.RunAction(String action, Dictionary`2 inputArguments, Dictionary`2 outputArguments, IActionStatement statement)

I have confirmed that the machine running the flow can ping and browse to the FTP server.

Maybe your firewall blocks Power Automate? Try this FTP test site, works fine for me: https://dlptest.com/ftp-test/

For now, I have tried changing the Windows Defender Firewall settings, but I cannot connect to FTP. However, when I changed the timeout period for FTP connections, I was able to connect to the FTP server.
