Send Emails from Excel with Personal Attachments

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my flow and hope someone can help me.

After watching a video on Youtube, I knew how to create a flow to send emails from excel with personal attachments. However, this flow just helps me send one attachment to one merchant. In my case, there are some merchants I want to send two or more attachments.

Here is the flow:

Here is my table:

Hope that anyone can give me some suggestions.

Thank you for your time.

Have a great day!

Hi @Anna_48 , Basically you need to create one array variable which will have the Content and Name of file. Please check this: https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/multiple-attachments-single-email/

    Hi ANB,

Thank you for your early reply.

The flow you shared is different from the one I created and I am a newbie, so it is pretty complex for me to understand.

It would be better if you edit directly the flow I created.

Once again, thank you for your time.

    Best regards,

    Anna

Hi @Anna_48 , I just gave the reference so that you can see how to create an array of attachments. This article gives you step by step: Advanced | Flow of the Week: Send multiple attachments on a single email | Power Automate Blog (microsoft.com)

The steps are pretty straight forward.

If you want someone to help editing your flow, then I would suggest you create a ticket with Microsoft.
