Hi all

Noted that the sharepoint item can still be amended/modified after the approval flow is completed. How do i prevent for it being amended after approvals? I need the flow such that the item can only be modified after it is rejected by approvers, after it is approved it cannot be amended.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Sorry for the functionis not supported in Microsoft flow currently and I'm afraid that there is no any way could achieve the requirement.

Thanks. In that case - is there anyway to retrieve audit trail to at least know if there are any unauthorised amedments after it is approved?
