Hello All,

Iam New in using development of MS Power Automation.

I got the challenge by my company.

How to make digitalization of Form Performance Appraisal

Before we distribute the Paper and the worker fill it and give its to the Supervisor

So, can anyone give me reffrence which the better i used for make thos paperless / digitalization???

Hi @Bachtiar89

I would suggest try with approach

1. Instead of paper form, use digital forms like Ms forms, add required fields in that so that workers can fill as simmilar to that of how they did in paper form

2. Next after filling the paper form, they usually gave the form to supervisor, instead of that, we can design a process where person fills a Microsoft Forms, a process triggers and add the details from form to excel file or sharepoint.
Later when supervisor need to view the details, he can open excel/sharepoint list
