I have a huge amount of data in Excel with multiple columns. I want the data to be saved in multiple Excel files and PDFs with the following logic: in the input file, I have multiple columns and data. In column A, I have User ID, and in column B, I have Region. Now, I want all the data to be saved in a separate Excel file for each User ID and Region. Please help with the power automate cloud workflow free version

I will give you the first step:

Upgrade to premium. It's less than 50 cents (US) a day. It's like seeing a couple of quarters on the ground by the gas pump, you don't go over and pick them up ~ it's just a couple of coins.

That said, this is VERY doable, just not in a free version. Even if you got it up and running, you most likely would be throttled after a few runs.

After that, please describe where the files live, how many, and show an example screenshot of your excel file and also a desired outcome.
