Hello everyone,
I have a flow that is triggered once a Form response is submitted. It usually has a file attached, which is then saved to sharepoint by the flow. It has ran more than 200 times this month without any problems or issues except (!) for one time when the flow ran successfully, but the file was not saved to OneDrive.
When I go through One Drive history, at the time when the flow ran, it says that the file has been deleted (instead of "created" what is usually written when the flow runs successfully.) Any ideas what could be causing the problem in this one specific situation?
I'm not sure which part of the flow to show
There was not:( And normally, the flow is set up to overwrite such a file.
Was there already a file with the same name maybe?
