I assume this is coming from your string variable? Can you share what you have used in the append to string variable? And is this a multi-select choice field?
Normally you can use the <Name of Field Value> property instead of the <Name of Field> property. In case of a multi-select choice field you can use a Select action to only retrieve the labels.
