I have been on D365 AND Power Platform for a while, but need to develop deeper skills esp with model apps and Power automate
MS learn has a few resources, and i have been through them, but they are quite one-dimensional, i.e. they advise but not really explain to understand it all ( or maybe i am slow)
Can I please find someone who can guide me and help answer questions, or give me a direction where I can get something?
I have the same question (0)

I suggest you to look the Microsoft learn, that's one stop source for all your basics to start with, Also you can search in Youtube there are many experts that making videos and you can check those as well

(If this answers your question you can mark as Answered and give it a Like, it helps others to find the answers)
    Regards,

Do you have specific areas within model apps and Power Automate you need guidance/learning material on?

This way we might point you towards some nice blogs/specific videos.

I think what you are looking for is the Power Up program. Check this out and I think this program provides what you are seeking: Power Up Program | Build confidence for the AI-first workplace.

I have already completed the functional certs, etc., and understand the basics. getting stuck with delving deeper into Power Automate, use of functions, PowerFX etc., something or someone that can take me to intermediate or advanced by doing, learning and breaking i.e. hands on.
i cant find where i can learn and build this as I move into my journey

The power up program is good, but i couldnt dedicate set times and fell behing due to work, small kid etc
