I need to start the flow when I am getting an email.
How do I need to setup that trigger point ?

@ndd create Scheduled / Trigger Flow and call UI Flow from there.

You have to create regular flow from (https://flow.microsoft.com) with when email received as a trigger. Then you can call PAD from there.
