Power Automate is Down?

Is Power Automate Down? The flow is running and running and cannot go to the next steps which is to get a row feature.

    It might be a temporary Microsoft Power Automate service issue, but if your flow is stuck specifically before a “Get a row” action, there are also several common
     
    causes besides a platform outage.

    If you have a flow that is running and you can get to Power Automate to see that the flow is running, that indicates that Power Automate is not down. What is most likely happening is that there is a problem in one of your actions and the flow is repeatedly trying to perform the action. The flow will eventually timeout and fail after so many tries. When that happens, review the action and the error message returned in order to resolve the issue. If you're not sure what to do, post an image of how the action is configured and the error message returned.
