Can you provide some details of what your flowing is doing? Or some screenshots of the steps?
Is the flow trying to email users? If so, the error could be pointing to the fact that a user no longer exists in your tenant (Resource XYZ does not exist...).
Have a look at the flow history and see who its trying to email, then see if you can find them on AD or Teams.
