
I am looking for the best method to review, approve, and control documents. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have investigated the standard document revision history but did not find that sufficient for my companies needs.
Ideally, I would like to write a flow that would enable us to upload a new document for review and allow the user to select the appropriate approvers. Power Automate would then push the document to the approvers and ,once approved, create a pdf of the file in the "approved" location and store a copy of the original submission somewhere else. If there was an old revision that would be moved as well.
If anyone has any suggestions to best approach to complete this I would greatly appreciate the advice.
