Workflow to send calendar reminder of leave

Hi Good Day to All,

I have created a workflow where in it will listen to the sharepoint list, and if a new item has been added(via MS-Form) to the list the flow will send a calendar invite/reminder to the recipients.

The workflow works fine except that it always show me as the one who sent the calendar invite instead of the user who filled out the details.

Want i want to happen is instead of me showing as the one who sent the calendar reminder, it should be the user who filled out the form.

Below is the screenshot of the workflow. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as you will need permission of the mailbox of the user who filled the form to be able to send the reminder/calendar invitation from their mailbox.

Instead of this, you can use a Dataverse table to trigger the flow and perform the rest of the action.

With Dataverse, you can choose the user to run the flow as and that can trigger the email invitation from the person who created/owns the record.
