Unable to run a flow due to broken connection.

I’ve been trying to run a flow that should trigger when an email arrives in my mailbox and then save the email to a shared folder. This process worked correctly with my previous mailbox, but after switching to the new one, the workflow fails to connect.

The error I’m receiving is:

Operation: Create; Exception: [Status Code: NotFound; Reason: No mailbox with such GUID.]

I’ve already updated the mailbox details and refreshed the connection for each step in the flow, but the issue still persists.

    Hey @MR-02031402-0

I would try going to your connections and then creating a new outlook connection. Then on your power automate flow, use the new outlook connection and see if that makes a difference.

If not, is the new mailbox a shared mailbox? And is your triggering using the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" trigger?

    Thanks

It's not a shared mailbox. It's my work mailbox.
I have tried clearing the connections are add new mailbox but it didn't help.

My trigger using the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" trigger and it fails.
