Flows taking very long to send emails using Send an email notification (V3)

I have two flows which are used fairly reguarly over the past several months, but in the past two days has begun taking hours at times to send an email, or failing after completing the first three steps of the flow. I sense the solution is simple, but I haven't been able to solve it.

It was stuck in running, but I've changed from Send an email (v3) to Send an email (v2), which has resolved that portion. I appear to have resolved it now.

@py273h It looks like the runs you've displayed in your screenshot are still running. Your flow must be stuck at a step. When you click on one of the runs, which action is your flow stuck on? I'm assuming it's stuck on the Get manager (v2) action... can you confirm this?

    Hope this helps!
