Sharing desktop flows and connections, and what happens when a person leaves the organization

Hi,

As I understands it, a desktop flow can be shared between colleagues, but the connections can't be shared. What happens with the desktop flow when the creator of a flow leaves the organization and his account gets closed. Will the flows and/or connections fail?

    Ideally connections needs to be recreated

     

    even when we move environment we do the same
