power automate for a learning centre

Hi there,  can anyone give me some ideas on how to use power automate in a learning centre for staff and students for further education college students...  
can you use power automate for findgin e-books resources and how to implement it?

    You can absolutely use Power Automate to help find and distribute e-books, but usually it works by connecting to existing sources (library systems, RSS feeds, APIs, SharePoint, or email alerts), rather than “searching the whole internet” like Google.

    You could set up a resource request/Approvals/Tracking system 
    You know like if I wanted a Book I could fill out a form that when submitted starts off an approval flow with the necessary people and records the data into SharePoint as to where that approval is at 
     
    Or a similar sort of thing for booking existing resources 
    If you had a list of computer as an example you create a booking system if someone has to approve use of the resource we can send them a request or it can auto book it the slot is empty and if it already booked at that time send them back an email saying it booked out till this time so they can try a different time
    This would also allow you to get metrics on the usage of said resources
