My flow seems to have an issue that when a new entry is added inside the excel file the last entry is being sent out in the email not the correct new entry. What type of branch I need to add to make this issue dissaper and ensure that all new entries are being emailed. The main issue seem to be that the ID identification from the user that submits it still being picked as the last successful submission, this keep happening as I have added multiple statements to ensure validation for the new submission.

What could be the issue?

The new entry is already available in Form Response (Get response details),
Are you trying to send same details in the email? If yes, why don't you use the same data - dynamic content from Form Response (Get response details), instead of fetching it from Excel?

Let's do root cause analysis: I would rather suggest go back to you original state when it started to behave like this. When you say "this keep happening as I have added multiple statements to ensure validation for the new submission", it means in one state it was working fine. If you are there, add one-by -ne step having one-by-one test - so that you can trace which step is the enemy. This style will help you to spot the issue and guide you better.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!
