How do you remove "Request Sign-off" from menu?

I have a flow tied to a list (on selected item) that works as expected. I now have an added menu option under flow, "Request Sign-off". Why is this menu item now listed? How do I remove it?

Thanks,

Bob

    Hi Bob,

I’m not sure I quite understand what you mean. I assume you are referring to a SharePoint list? And the Flow was created from within the list so you can trigger it after selecting a list item and then the Flow from the Flows dropdown?

Can you take a screen shot of the Request sign off? Is this under the Flows menu option in SharePoint or somewhere else?

    Hi @Anonymous,

The "Request Sign-off" is a function added to all sharepoint list and library which could allow manager to approve the item,

and there is no any to remove the "Request Sign-off" currently.

If you don't need the "Request Sign-off" function, you could ignore it.

Also you could submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum to require a selection to remove the "Request Sign-off":

    Best regards,

    Alice

@Anonymous please post a link to the Flow Idea if you create one or if you find that one already exists.  We have the same issue.

I have the same complaint but after I changed the Library Settings>versioning settings to Require content approval for submitted items to Yes, the Request sign-off is gone/hidden:

    VersioningSettings.jpgHideRequestSignOff.jpg

Then if I set back the Require content approval for submitted items to No, the Request sign-off is back:

The funny thing is I was finally able to get support on the phone and they directed me to your reply (here).
