Good afternoon,
I hope you are doing well.
I am currently developing a flow in Power Automate that uses the action “Run a flow built with Power Automate for desktop”. However, when I try to save and use the flow, I receive the following error message:
"Your flow is saved but can't be used. Select Flow checker to troubleshoot."
Additionally, when I exit the flow editor, the following notifications appear:
• "This flow was turned off. Select Flow checker to see how to turn it back on."
• "There's a problem that needs to be fixed to trigger this flow. To see more details, open Flow Checker."
From what I have been able to understand, this issue seems to be related to the Run Mode configuration. When selecting one of the available options — Attended (runs when you're signed in) or Unattended (runs on a machine that's signed out) — the following warnings appear:
Attended mode:
"Running in attended mode requires a Power Automate Premium license with attended RPA capability."
Unattended mode:
"Unattended mode requires the targeted machine to own at least 1 unattended bot (except on hosted machine / machine groups)."
My main concern is that I currently have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license, but despite this, I do not seem to have access to either of these execution modes.
Therefore, I would like to understand if:
• There is any additional configuration required on my account or on the machine;
• An additional license or RPA capacity needs to be assigned;
• Or if there is any alternative way to run this type of flow within my current setup.
This flow is part of a process I am developing and I need to complete it within the next few days, so I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
