Inconsistent response for Microsoft Entra ID Connector "Check Group Membership (V2)"

I have a power automate flow. I am using Check Group membership V2 Microsoft Entra Id connector. When I run this in the loop, sometimes even though user is NOT present in the group but still return user exist. Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue and possible fix for this connector.

    Can you share the design of your flow? Especially highlight the loop and the place where the outcome of the group membership is retrieved.

    Try to check when the group has modified last time and set appropriate delay.
