Unable to save multiple email messages using RPA (Attended or Unattended) with PAD

Hi,

I have created a simple PAD flow:

1. Launch Outlook

2. Retrieve email messages from Outlook

3. Save Outlook email messages

4. Close Outlook

When I run the PAD flow manually, it works fine and can save multiple emails to the folder in a single flow.

Since I want to setup schedule to run this flow, I created another schedule flow in the cloud PA to trigger this PAD flow (Attended or Unattended), however, with this approach, only 1 email message could be saved to the folder per triggered flow (instead of saving multiple emails).

Any advice? Thanks a lot.

Tried several times still the same.

e.g. 5 unread emails.
If running the flow manually, it can save 5 emails in the folder in single flow execution.

If running by through on-premise gateway (attended or unattended), only 1 email can be saved per flow execution. So it needed 5 executions in order to save 5 new emails.

No idea on what's wrong yet.

Can you copy the desktop flow actions and post here as text? And is your cloud flow just started manually?

Is there an error message? What's the output of %RetrievedEmails%?
