Delete approvals (MS Teams / Powerautomate)

Dear all,

I have setup misc. approvals within MS Teams - a lot for training / demonstration purpuses. Now I can't find a way to delete these approvals (they are all completed and either approved or rejected - none is pending).

Really hoping for helpful hints as I have a lot of "dust & waste" in my list...

If they have already been approved or rejected then they should only show up in your history list. They will disappear from there automatically after 28 days.

Unfortunately not...

I have all my approvals in my list - created (as you can see in the 3rd column) months ago 😞 These are approvals I've initiated, the same Picture with approvals I've received...

Where exactly are you seeing this list? In Power Automate or Teams? What is the url?

The list shows up in MS Teams (in the „approval“ section)

There is currently no way to delete the Approvals history in the Teams Approval App. Your only possibility would be to find the records in the Approvals table in Dataverse and delete them there.

I am exactly in the same situation as gholzer.

I wish I could clean up this list .
On the other hand, it would be useful to display the progress rate of approvals (if 3 people have to approve and 2 have already done it --> display 2/3, a bit like what is done in Task.

This feature is really interesting but its implementation is way too 'light'. I think this is a pity.

I had the similar issue. How can i delete those approval history?

As I stated above. The only way to clean these records up is to find them in the Dataverse Approvals table and delete the records. That will remove the reference in the history.

Could you be more specific? Approvals that are completed will show in the history list for 28 days. After that they won't show up anymore so I'm not sure what part of that you mean doesn't happen.
