JIRA Connector to Create a new Issue V3 not working

I am facing issue While using the JIRA Connector for creating a new Issue. It is not allowing to add me the Summary and Description after selecting the JIRa Instance, Project and Work item Type. Even not able to allow to save the workflow. Can you let me know how to get this fix.

Hi there!

I'm going to give you my honest answer that I've shared many times. The connection between Jira and Power Automate is not very dependable and not recommended. And let's be clear, it is never on the Microsoft side, the challenges reside inside Jira. You may get other responses that are copy/pasted right from GPT and others "how to do...".

At a minimum, if you still want to continue, ask others to "paste in your working flow with screenshots" otherwise you will end up chasing great ideas that are not tested or proven.

Based on your symptoms, the most common root causes are:

Corrupted or expired Jira connection

Jira screen configuration issue (Summary/Description not available)

Required custom field preventing metadata loading

Connector metadata caching issue

Recent Jira connector regression

If you can share:

Is this Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center?

Does it happen for all projects or only one project?

Are there any required custom fields on the Create Issue screen?

that would help narrow down the exact cause.
