I want to set some text to bold (in highlight yellow).

Now I use post adaptive card and wait for a response.

    Hi @Anonymous

    You're right, it won't work!

Have a look at this official documentation by Microsoft: Use markdown to format Power Automate approvals - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

You can use limited markdown elements in Power Automate approvals, and among them there's no emphasis ones:

Unfortunately, you'll have to use plain text.

Hi could you share your flow?

Where are you posting the adaptive card? In teams or in Outlook?

    Hi @Anonymous

Instead of using HTML, you should use markdown language to use text formatting in adaptive cards. If you have a look at Markdown syntax: Basic Syntax | Markdown Guide

You should write something like this:

    ** time_plan_master ..... **

    Hope it helps!
