Our organization is syncing microsoft forms to Salesforce. I am new to this platform. Any advice will be appreciated
A flow was successfully created before. But I see a flow checker code that says " it hasn;t been successfully triggered in the last 28 days" . When I go and edit the flow and save it says ' my flow is ready to go and to test it. But there is no new responses submitted . My question is should I have to trigger or run it by submitting a response to that form? Or it will automatically trigger and run for itself when a new response is submitted?
