I'm trying to build a Power Autom Automate flow that handles meeting requests from a Microsoft Form.
Here's what I'm hoping to achieve:
1. When a form is submitted, the flow should grab the requested meeting date.
2. It should check my Outlook calendar for available 1.5-hour slots specifically on Tuesdays and Fridays. My Tuesday availability is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with slots from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, 19:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. On Fridays, my availability is from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with slots from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
3. If a slot is found on the requested day, the flow should book the appointment and send a confirmation email to the requester and an email to me.
4. If no slot is available on the requested day, the flow should send an email to the requester stating that no slots are available and suggest the next available slots on Tuesdays or Fridays.
I've attempted to build the flow, and it completes its process without booking any slots, even though my calendar shows availability. On the occasions when it fails to run, the errors seem related to the slot checking logic.
