MS Word File can't be opened for editing.

I am creating/updating the MS Word file using power automate and sharepoint. The file is getting created successfully. But while opening it, shows "Sorry, this document can't be opened for editing". Can you please look into the issue. I also did the same with OneDrive and it works fine but with SharePoint it didn't.

    Power Automate likely creates the file with an incorrect content format or encoding in SharePoint.  Make sure you’re passing proper binary content (not plain text) when using Create file.
     
    Ensure file extension .docx matches actual content
