I just finished 3 work flow with PAD, and plan to run as below.

1) Flow A at computer 1, once per week, start manually.

2) Flow 2 at computer 2, 3, 4, almost every day, start manually.

3) Flow 3 at computer 5, once per week, start manually.

All computer use same Win 10 (2 is Pro, 3 is Home) , same log in account and same Microsoft O365 account.

I get no alert to payuntil now, maybe I just start use PDA around 2.5 weeks. Someone told me I need to pay after one month for every flow, but someone told me I don’t need to pay because it is free for Win10 user.

So actually what is the actual charge for my case?

I have the same question (0)

If you are starting the flows manually from Power Automate Desktop on each of the computers, and all the computers are running Windows 10 then there is no license required.  If you want to use a Cloud flow to start them or run them on a different machine then you will need a Power Automate with RPA license.  If you want to run them on a different machine without being logged in at the time (unattended) then you'll need a Power Automate with RPA license and an add-on for each computer you want to run them on in unattended mode.

Thank you @hosino for asking your question. If you have any other specific licensing questions, you can join us for a AMA session this week on Power Automate Licensing. It's scheduled this Thursday at 10am Pacific Time and you can submit your questions early here: https://aka.ms/MPA_CommunityAMA. Hope it helps answer any questions you may have on licensing and @Pstork1 will be there!
