Hi there microsoft community good day, Would like to as if there is a way to create an flow with the following steps we would like to achieve:
1.) Fill out microsoft Form
2.) Trigger approval via teams
3.) Create PDF copy of the microsoft form filled out with name of creator and approval anywhere in the PDF copy of the filled out form.
Thank you so much!!!
Hi @Cire,
Yes, that should be possible. You can use document property quick parts in a Word document and convert that to a pdf file. In your case you not only want to use the Microsoft forms dynamic content but also the content of the start and wait for an approval action.
@DamoBird365 has a nice blog about this Microsoft forms to pdf approach, which would be a good starting point for your specific setup:

Hopefully this is sufficient to get you started?
