Hello,
  1. While testing a flow that seems too long I go back on details page and get the messahe "this flow has been deleted".
  2. I go back on my solution already open on another tab and try to open my flow, it still says "this flow has been deleted".
  3. I refresh the solution page and then I can open my flow details, which has a new id but all my history.
This happen while there is no import nor deploy (it's my dev environment).
Does anyone have a clue to avoid that strange behaviour ?

The Power Automate portal sometimes temporarily loses track of the flow’s metadata or ID during active editing or execution, showing it as deleted.

    Let's do the following:
    1. Refreshing the solution page, as you did, is the correct step to regain access.
    2. Avoid having multiple tabs open editing the same flow simultaneously to reduce metadata conflicts.
    3. If this happens frequently, consider exporting your flow as a backup.
    4. Check for any Power Automate service health issues or updates that might affect flow metadata handling.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

    Thanks for your quick answer.
    1. 👍
    2. I do not have multiple tabs open on same flow, as I would be disturbed myself 😉
    3. I already had backup, but I never loose my flow as a refresh is enough to get it back but with new id.
    4. My Applications Dynamics 365 are up to date and it happens regularly for a long time when service health says everything is ok.

What you're seeing is unusual, but it has been observed occasionally with solution-aware cloud flows, especially when using the new Power Automate designer.
    The key indicators are:
    • The flow suddenly shows:
    This flow has been deleted.

    • Refreshing the solution makes the flow reappear.
    • The flow has a new Flow ID.
    • The run history is still present.
This strongly suggests that the flow is not actually being deleted, but rather being recreated or rehydrated behind the scenes, and the browser is still referencing the old flow ID.

If this behavior happens frequently in your development environment, I would recommend opening a Microsoft support ticket, as it may indicate a platform regression affecting solution-aware cloud flows and the new designer experience.
