I understand that Power Automate Desktop is due to preview a scheduling feature on 31/05/26. I have two questions that I can't see an answer to.

a) Will it be rolled out fully then, or phased in over some period of time?

b) Will it be fully available or locked behind a paywall (like the "trigger desktop flow" feature us on the cloud version)?

Hi there!

a) Typically, from my experience, rolled out geographically over time.

b) As I understand it, this will be a premium feature and require the same licensing that exists today.

Goes without saying, only Microsoft would know. These feature releases also change as much as the weather; it's entirely possible it never gets fully released ~ that's what preview means. I normally wait until they are fully GA then explore feasibility/usability.
