can we use reply with adaptive card with yes / No buttons and user clicks on yes button or no button how to handle the response. ? POST adaptive cardis posting as new message.We need to post the message to the existing channel message . Please suggest

    You can use the step "Post adaptive card and wait for response" if you want user input. Ill include a link to more information =)
