Permissions for not foundable Flows as a Admin

Hey guys,

how do other admins get access to the flows of different Envs?

I'm asking because I often find flows that I can find in the Power Platform Admin Center under “Inventory,”

but not under Environment Settings > Power Automate Resources.

So my question is: is that a bug or why is it not shown under the env-Settings? And if not how do you guys get the permissions for ressources like these????

@Aikuido2 Hi,

Your account might not have explicitly sufficient access right to that environment even you can check the resources on inventory tab.

Did you check that ?

hi @stampcoin,

i mean i have sysadmin permissions and also Env-Maker permissions. Isnt that enough?

ok ok i found a bug i guess.

If i search for a certain flow, the search function is not working properly.

By pressing the button for more data, its showing one more row:

Do you know how to get rid off that buggy behave?

@Aikuido2 Hi,

I tested with one admin account B, I get the flows on the inventory tab, but not in the environment resource which I created by another admin account A.

Both accounts are power platform admin.

The search on the top right should work as it is, the result looks like ranked by relevance score.
