Hi there,

Can anyone help?

When a Service Now ticket is assigned to me I receive an automatic email
I then create a Microsoft task from the email
When the Service Now ticket is closed I receive an email advising it has been closed

Is there a way to set up a flow to automatically close the Task based on the [Closed] email I receive?

Example:

HRC123456 has been assigned to you - 1st email received

[Closed] HRC123456 has been assigned to you - 2nd email received
