I was getting similar types of errors too when launching PAD.
Try out the below.
- Go to Run
- Type shell:startup and hit Enter
- This opens the startup folder and you can see Power Automate there
- I just removed it from the list of startup items and PAD opened successfully from there onwards.
Not sure if this is something related to the free version I have, but you can give it a try.
Edit: may possibly require a restart of machine.
